CMO Reviews (Construction, Maintenance and Operations) :

Through Joule’s effective CMO Reviews, our clients have ensured that the design of the district cooling plant is efficient, with optimized project cost and most importantly the long term operability of the plant.

Construction :

Construction reviews highlight any construction approach issues in the design stage of the plant to optimize the project’s quality and capital cost.

Maintenance :

Maintenance reviews address issues during a project’s Design phase associated with future maintenance, including lifecycle costing and maintenance considerations into the Design. With this review, Joule attempts to eliminate potential conflicts with the maintenance, access for maintenance in every process ensuring zero impacts on the maintainability of the plant throughout the plant’s lifecycle.

Operations review focuses on minimizing post-operations costs of the District Cooling Plant and addresses plant operation issues during the project’s Design phase.
